Why go tankless
A traditional water heater keeps 40 or 50 gallons hot around the clock, whether you need it or not — and eventually the tank corrodes and floods your floor. A tankless unit heats water only as it flows, so you get hot water on demand, it doesn’t run out mid-shower, and it isn’t burning energy to keep a tank warm overnight. Most units also last longer and free up the floor space a tank takes up.
Tankless systems need to be sized and installed correctly to deliver the flow your home needs, especially with cold incoming water in winter. We handle that sizing, the gas and venting, and the periodic descaling that keeps a tankless unit running well in our hard-water country.
